Technical support

Cable Detection both manufacture and service cable location equipment at our premises in Stoke-on-Trent. We run a Technical Support helpline for our own products +44 (0) 1782 654459 should you be experiencing any difficulties. The Technical Support Helpline is operational between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

However, before calling in, we would recommend that you take a look at our troubleshooting FAQs to see if your problem can be fixed right away.

 

 

Service and Calibration

Cable Detection service and repair


Cable Detection strongly recommends that all survey instruments are regularly serviced and calibrated by fully trained technicians. Cable Detection has a fully equipped workshop capable of service, repair and calibration of most types of cable location equipment.

Delivery and collection can be arranged, and turn around is usually within 4 working days. Please visit our Service and Certification Centre page for further details.
